It is essential for entities to navigate this intricate legal landscape with a keen eye on local ordinances, state laws, and federal regulations.

Pennsylvania's legal environment mandates diligence from entrepreneurs aspiring to establish enterprises in Crum Lynne. Zoning laws dictate where businesses may be situated, ensuring that commercial activities harmonize with residential tranquility. We cannot say enough concerning Philz Landscape. One call and I connected with Pat. He met with us for a project which entailed removal of a partial cinder block porch with iron poles and remodeled an entire porch. We are pleased with the work performed. We found found that Pat was a man of his word and committed to pleasing us with minor finishes. I would highly recommend this company. Sincerely, Ricky and Donna L Jones

Angi provided me with several contractors, I received estimates but chose Philz Landscaping (even after coming in higher) because he satisfied with his estimate and start date our fervent desire to complete the project before winter set in. Alex, Javier set the example of professionalism in setting up the area to remove fencing and gate, installed vinyl fence with double gate (assisted by Carlos), removed all debris, left my yard spotless and we are extremely satisfied with the new fence and gate. Questions we had were answered (Helena, Phil) promptly and Alex, Javier went above and beyond ensuring my wife’s concerns were taken care of; I want again to Thank the team at Philz Landscaping and recommend highly to perform your project.

Had Phil and his workers come by my house to work on the backyard in May this year. Eliminate weeds, regrade soil and replant grass seed. 158 feet worth of backyard which he estimated $1600 to do. There was a hiccup with his office and scheduling and he wasn't even aware of the set date in mid-May. He rescheduled for the week after and took off $100 for inconvenience. His crew shows up and does the job and weeks after, grass grew....but not fully in corners of the yard. I called him back, voicemail immediately. Got in touch with his office and they said they would pass the message. His response times are atrocious and I told him about the patches in the grass. He says "no problem I'll send guys to evaluate and re-seed". They show up and do the job again. By mid-July, weeds are growing in very strong and grass is dying at exceedingly high rate despite me watering. I called him back and he says "that's odd, I'll come by this afternoon or tomorrow" in September when I finally get a hold of him. He never shows up or responds to texts or further calls. The photos below are post-lawn work with visible patches and weeds. I had to spend additional monies on top soil, grass seed and water to correct the loss of 50% of the lawn!! If you want an overpriced job not done right, Phil is your guy!!

Philz Landscaping built 2 patios on my property. One is flagstone and the other is pavers with a retaining wall. Both are absolutely beautiful. Working with Phil and his team has been a great experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability, quality, and reasonable pricing.

The Ridley Township Code of Ordinances, under which Crum Lynne falls, specifies regulations for fence height, location, and sometimes materials. Generally, fences in residential areas cannot exceed 6 feet in height, and front yard fences may have more restrictive height limits. You should consult the townships Building & Codes Department or a similar authority to obtain the most current requirements before proceeding with your installation.
Yes, typically you will need to obtain a fence permit from Ridley Townships Building & Codes Department before installing a wood fence. This process involves submitting an application along with plans showing the proposed fence layout, materials to be used, and property lines. There might also be fees associated with this permit.
Before you begin any work on your property, it is important to identify where utility lines are located by contacting Pennsylvania One Call System (dial 811) to avoid damaging underground utilities. Additionally, have a professional land surveyor mark your property boundaries to ensure that your new fence is built within your property lines and does not infringe upon any easements that may exist. Failure to comply can result in legal disputes or fines.
